D3.1 First FeedMAP Specification

Abstract
This document provides the first technical specification of the FeedMAP framework. It describes in very detail the architecture of a FeedMAP system, flow charts of the main algorithms and all necessary protocols and will be the base for the prototype implementation of FeedMAP.
