ERTICO & TISA to give presentations at the 4th ETSI workshop

On 7-9 February ERTICO – ITS Europe and TISA will participate in the 4th ETSI workshop on Intelligent Transport Systems in Doha. The workshop will present progress made in the field of Cooperative ITS standardisation, such as Field Operational Tests (FOT), Local Dynamic Maps, Electric Vehicle Charging Spot, etc. The event will also focus on standardisation of vehicle-to-vehicle networks, networking protocols and data formats.

On the first day, Hermann Meyer, ERTICO CEO, will give a presentation on effective deployment of ITS during the introductory session.

On 8 February, Thomas Kuhn from Continental will speak on behalf of TISA in a session dedicated to traffic management and transmission of real time information on road conditions, weather and transport networks.
