Objective

• Explain the legal aspects of PCP
• Discuss the legal benefits
• Present existing PCP models and programmes
• Link PCP to the ITS requirements

Why?

P3ITS held its first workshop in 2010 to discuss what the ITS community would require to deploy different ITS applications / Services. At this occasion, PCP was briefly discussed. For this workshop, the P3ITS consortium will provide a deeper analysis of the PCP process, and link it to the ITS requirements defined previously.

Who?

The workshop is targeted at an audience of procurers of ITS solutions, e.g. public purchasers, innovation agencies or procurement consultants. P3ITS is looking forward to opening a discussion based on the projects results and the experience of the audience.
